CREATIVITY,TEAM-BUILDING AND A LAUGH IN ONE DAY!!
The participants are members of a project-team working on a major change within the company. This workshop was meant to be as a "Thank You" for the team.
To get in the creative mood, we started with an aperitif. Kiddies-ART explained in detail what techniques could be used to create this piece of art. Three people shared one canvas. Initially, people were reserved to start on a fresh canvas. After some minutes this changed completely and everyone was enjoying themselves.
People were laughing, watching other groups and proud of the paintings created. Interestingly each painting had its own character, some more detailed paintings, where other paintings had a more general expression. It was decided to take the paintings back to the office, where they will replace other paintings (borrowed from a company).
The feedback from the participants and other colleagues was overwhelming. The location and diner make this a perfect experiment. On behalf of the project-team, I would like to thank Kiddies-ART for this unique event.
